A template for site feedback could ask for the page or feature, what the user expected, and what happened instead. That would make reports easier to reproduce and help separate usability issues from requests for new features.
A pinned post here could explain what belongs in Site Feedback versus General, and how to report a bug or suggest a change. That’d make it easier to keep feedback about the forum itself separate from discussion of batteries and lab work.
